We introduced fun, exciting new ways to customize your characters in our 4th Anniversary Update. Rename your characters or rebuild them from the ground up! With hundreds of different variations to choose from, your appearance is up to you.

The Stylist

Anatomical Engineer Llye [Stylist] is located in the Great Temple of Balthazar. Before seeing him, here are a few things you should know:

• Visit the Stylist to get a preview of new looks—even without credits.


• Base your new look on character features from ALL campaigns! Create hundreds of customized appearances not available on character creation.


• The Stylist accepts Makeover Credits, which you can purchase in our In-Game Store or at the NCsoft Store.


• A Makeover Credit allows you to change one character's appearance.


• An Extreme Makeover Credit allows you change on character's gender and appearance.

Makeover

The Makeover is a popular package, which lets you redo these features:

• Body Size
• Hair Color
• Hair Style
• Facial Type
• Skin Color

Extreme Makeover

For those looking for more than cosmetic changes, the Extreme Makeover is the answer. Get it and you can change more than just your appearance—change your gender.

The Extreme Makeover also includes all feature changes of the standard Makeover: body size, hair color, hair style, facial type, and skin color.

Name Change

Want a new name to go with your new look? Now you can have one! Instead of using the Stylist, you change your name on the login screen. Here's how:

• Log in to your account.
• Select the character you wish to rename.
• Click the "Rename" button at the lower left.
• Type your old name in the box to confirm you really wish to change it.
• Type your new name in the box.
• When you're satisfied, click "Done."

Like the Makeover, the only way to change your name is with a purchase, so check our In-Game Store and the NCsoft Store to get started with your unique customizations!
