Players with access to a Guild Wars account—either a retail account or one that was created for a trial or a previous event—were invited to participate in the Guild Wars Nightfall World Preview Event, which took place between 12:01 a.m. PDT on Friday, September 22, 2006 and 11:59 p.m. PDT on Sunday, September 24, 2006 (between 07:01 GMT on Friday, September 22, 2006 and 06:59 GMT on Monday, September 25, 2006).
